RIVER CITY SLIM & THE ZYDECO HOGS
Their rollicking good-time zydeco has the aisles filled with dancing people – the air gets swampy and you start to look for alligators. It’s no wonder these perennial favorites are considered the finest Zydeco band in the Northeast. People make the festival a destination based on this band alone! A pumping squeezebox, chopping angular guitar, a solid backbeat and by gawd! &ndash a washboard shirt! All this will turn the Food Tent Stage into a Mardi Gras on Saturday for the hour of 4:00 - 5:00. |
